Choc banana protein muffin

Choc banana protein muffin 👌🏽
Ingredients: 

1 banana 

1/2 cup of whole grain oats 

4 egg whites and 1 whole egg

2 scoops of vanilla protein 

2 tablespoons of cacao powder

1/4 cup of coconut oil 

1 tablespoon of peanut butter powder 

1 teaspoon of baking soda 

1 tablespoon of baking powder 

2 tablespoon of Splenda 

Handful of dark chocolate chips 

Crushed peanuts
Blend all ingredients together. Put the mixture into a muffin tray. 

Sprinkle crushed peanuts and dark chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 20 mins at 180•c
